Accountability ?!

Responsibility = execute what should be done; Accountability = achieve result without pretext, no explain for failure.

Accountability, a new word I heard in this already cruel business world, now promoted in my company. Now I can understand why westerns pursuit the balance between life and job. What we fight for? Money or better life? Or money for better life? Or simply better life?

 

Anyway, I only appreciate is the expression:

1) 1.05*1.05* ......... -> infinite.

2) 1 * 1 *        ........ =1

3) 0.9 * 0.9 * .........  --> zero

4) 0.6 * 0.7 * 0.6 * 1.05 * 1.05 * 1.05 * ......  -> infinite   (whenever we decide to change ourselves and devote 105% effort, we can get whatever we want.)
